Limited number of complimentary seasonal home services as a simple way to help neighbors, care for our community, and build relationships that extend beyond real estate.

Choose one service per appointment. Appointments are available in a single morning window from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, with one appointment offered each day and two calendar days’ notice required.

Simple, seasonal help for your home

Each appointment covers one small, straightforward service.

Sprinkler Head Replacement

Have a damaged or poorly performing sprinkler head? I can replace one accessible sprinkler head using a compatible replacement provided by you during the appointment.

Service limit: Limited to a straightforward, above-ground replacement. Underground pipe, valve, wiring, and major irrigation repairs are not included.

Irrigation System Adjustment

I can help adjust sprinkler spray direction, review basic coverage, or update the watering schedule on an accessible irrigation controller.

Service limit: This is a basic adjustment visit, not a full irrigation inspection, diagnosis, or repair service.

Winter Pipe Wrap

Before freezing weather arrives, I can help wrap accessible exterior pipes and hose bibs to provide additional protection from cold temperatures.

Service limit: Service is limited to accessible exterior plumbing and does not include plumbing repairs or freeze-damage guarantees.

  3. Receive a confirmation after the appointment is scheduled.

Appointments are intended for small, straightforward tasks that can normally be completed during the reserved 8:00 AM–10:00 AM window.

Complimentary services are currently available only within a limited area near our North Dallas home base.

How booking works: Choose a service, verify the service address, and then select an available 8:00 AM–10:00 AM Central Time appointment. Please book at least two calendar days ahead. At 9:00 PM Central, the booking clock moves to the next day, so the earliest available date advances by one day.
